Around a circular table, four criminals are sitting: a Rapist, a Smuggler, a Thief, and a Murderer. However, only two are actual criminals; the other two are Criminal Investigation Department agents, acting as criminals. With the help of the provided details below, identify each of them and find the order they are seated.
a) Kali and Kamal are Criminals.
b) Kali sits opposite to the Rapist.
c) Agent Pons sits left to the thief.
d) Agent Yosi sits opposite to the killer.

Let us respectively denote Kali, Kamal, Agent Pons, and Agent Yosi by 1,2,3, and 4.
Let us represent the Smuggler, Rapistm Killer and, Thief respectively by S, R, K, and T.
By (d) and (e), we observe that:
Agent Yosi (4) is neither the killer nor the thief.
Thus, Agent Yosi(4) must either be the smuggler or the rapist.
Assume that, Agent Yosi is the rapist,
Then Kali(1) sits opposite to Agent Yosi(4) who is the rapist,
Then, by (d), Agent Yosi (4) sits opposite to the killer who must be Kali,
Therefore, Agent Pons (3) must sit opposite to the thief which contradicts condition (c).
Accordingly, it follows that Agent Yosi(4) is the smuggler,
So, by (c), Agent Pons (3) is the killer or rapist
and, by (b), Kali(1) is the killer or thief.
Thereafter, by a little trial and error, we must have the required arrangement as:
1-T
4-S 3-K
2-R
