Determine, with proof, all possible values of a prime number p such that the expression given below is equal to a prime number.

Observation without proof

The smallest p for which the expression is positive is 7.

When p = 7, the expression evaluates to 593 which is prime.

I have not found any other solutions testing up to 10,000,000
