In how many ways can 6 different numbers be chosen from the first 25 positive integers such that the product of these numbers is a power of 6?

You definitely have the intended interpretation. These are the powers of 6 (as opposed to 6th powers.) You found some that I missed and you analysis is thorough.
Hopefully we will get some computer verification.
