You have solved a puzzle by far more complicated that my original text. Seems that the t is an integer number , probably 531570.
However that does not replace addressing the question, what could make the “ parenthetical expression “ a square of an integer.
I believe that a 10 second glimpse would be sufficient to resolve the question. Rather than define it a d1 problem I posted it as a quickie and still refrain from leaving some hints.
