When I first tried to solve this problem, I believed that only numbers ending in 12 can have a 23rd power ending in 28. I took n^23 for different n ending in 12, and none of them worked. Therefore, I believed that this number was not a 23rd power. However, then I realized that numbers ending in 62 also have a 23rd power ending in 28. I had missed the answer of 362.
