I worked a short time on an analytic solution and made no progress so I went to the computer.
And the numerator and denominators I found, are each divisible by 1381911300
Numerator 4196864618100 / 1381911300 = 3037
Denominator 4194100795500 / 1381911300 = 3035
Which matches Brian's analytic solution
