What is the smallest positive integer N such that CONCAT(N^1,N^2, ... ,N^7,N^8), i.e. the concatenation of the first 8 powers of N includes 96 "Tees".

My comment made me think, Between 334445551002000 and 334445551003000 all the tee counts are higher than 100, and thus no 96's, which, if present would be an outlier on the low side.
