What percentage of the circle is shaded? (The quadrangle shown in the picture is a square with one of the vertices in the circle's center.)

We haven't been given that the blue dot is the centre of the circle.It maybe any point in the circle thus making the answer variable. (TomM's post has other problems with problem)
