Domino fractions (Posted on 2006-05-25) Difficulty: 3 of 5
Take all the dominoes with zeroes or doubles out of a standard set of 28.
Show how to arrange the remaining 15 in three sets of five so they each be reckoned as fractions that sum to exactly 10.
[For example, the domino (3,4) could be either 3/4 or 4/3.]

Puzzle Thoughts Comment 3 of 3 |
4/6 + 5/3 + 2/3 + 5/1 + 4/2 = 10

6/2 + 6/5 + 4/5 + 3/1 + 2/1 = 10

4/3 + 1/6 + 5/2 + 4/1 + 6/3 = 10
