Determine all values of N and b, (2 ≤ b ≤ 36), such that the base b representations of N^3 and N^4 combined include each digit from 0 to b-1 exactly once.

One solution is N=18, b=10
In base 10:  18^3 = 5832   18^4 = 104976
[Edit:  I believe this is the only solution for bases 2 to 36]
