Two Cube Folding Puzzles #2 (Posted on 2024-07-03) Difficulty: 3 of 5
How can a 3x5 rectangle be cut (and still remain in one piece) and be able to be folded into a 1x1x1 cube?
How about a 3x3 square?

There is a net of a cube that fits neatly in a 3x4 rectangle, so this is easy.

If the sides of the cube can have seams, then a 3x3 is also possible.  Attach 5 full squares in a + shape with an extra quarter square on each end.  This will fit in a square as small as 2sqrt(2)x2sqrt(2)

A picture showing there's some wiggle room.
