Is it possible to create a 3 x 3 matrix, using only the numbers -1, 0, and 1 such that all six row and column sums are distinct?

Glad to see a new poster here.
I think the most likely interpretation of the puzzle statement is that it seeks 6 distinct totals rather than 2 sets of 3 distinct numbers.
But I hope you continue to offer solutions to the puzzles.
