A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.

Well, if we can't physically change the cigarette, then I guess burning it in some way is out of the question.

In that case, I guess the high-power magnet, or the massive object (high gravitational force) are the other options.
