H2O; There are two H and one O atoms.
H isn`t stabile becouse it has a tendency to give away the only electron it has and become proton, and O needs two electrons to become as stabile as Ne, which means that those two are very unstabile, reactive and combustible. Two H atoms give away their electrons to O atom and everybody become satisfied and that is the reason why H2O is not reactive (explosive).
