A has to be 0, 1, or 2, due to the sum can't be more than 5 digits. A thus can't be 1 either because nothing 0-9 x 4= a number with 1 as a one's digit. Also, A cannot be 0 because 0x4=0 and 0 can't be E. thus A=2
E then must be 8.
also just as a heads up,
13333A + 1330B + 100C - 320D - 3332E = 0
13333A + 1330B + 100C = 320D + 3332E
26666 + 1330B + 100C = 320D + 26656
1330B + 100C + 10= 320D
133B + 10C + 1 = 32D
According to this, B must be odd, so it's probably 1.
