Each of a, b, and c is a positive integer satisfying this relationship:

      a²+b²+1=c²

Is ⌊a/2⌋+ ⌊b/2⌋ always even?
If so, prove it.
If not, provide a counter example.

Note: ⌊n⌋ denotes floor(n), that is, the greatest integer less than or equal to n.
