All the numbers given are the fibonacci numbers in increasing bases starting 2 !!! Therefore, 11 = 3 base 2 12 = 5 base 3 20 = 8 base 4 23 = 13 base5 etc ... So, the next number is 67 which is 55 base 8. (Fibonacci series : 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89..... where next number is sum of the previous to numbers.)
