Here is a visual of the tetrahedrons, where the numbers represent the vertices and their z values (depth).

∙1∙∙4
∙∙∙∙∙
∙∙∙∙∙
∙4∙∙1
0∙∙∙∙

The coordinates are:
(0,0,0)
(4,1,1)
(1,4,1)
(1,1,4)
(4,4,4)

Of course, there are infinite solutions, but this is the smallest one.
