What are the next numbers in this sequence?

Each number in the sequence is the sum of the term number and the number of letters in the spelt out version of the number.

1+3(one)=4
2+3(two)=5
3+5(three)=8
4+4(four)=8
5+4(five)=9
6+3(six)=9
7+5(seven)=12
8+5(eight)=13
9+4(nine)=13
10+3(ten)=13

Next two:
11+6(eleven)=17
12+6(twelve)=18
