What are the next three numbers in the following sequence:

Each number starting with the second is the smallest number not already in the list which has a commnon factor with the previous number. The sequence continues as follows:

3, 6, 2, 4, 8, 10, 5, 15, 9, 12, 14, 7, 21, 18, 16

This sequence is an EKG sequence starting with 3.
