A domino storage box will fit 6 half dominoes across by 6 half dominoes wide.
Put the following dominoes in the box, numbers up, such that the sum of each row and column totals 14.

The unconnected 1 at the end of the second row is the (6,1) piece, with the 6 hiding under an adjacent piece, and the x is the resultant "empty" space, created by overlapping the (6,1) piece.
