Upper case (A to E) refers to the tops and lower case (a to o) refers to the clues.

Clue f places 9/19 on D/E, but m places 19 on D and therefore 9 on E.
Clue h places 17 on B.
Clue o places 13/15 on A/B, but m places 15 on A and therefore 13 on B.
