The nth term of the sequence is the sum of the positive integers less than n which are coprime to n. For example the 9th term is 2+4+5+7+8 = 26.

The complete sequence is 0, 0, 2, 3, 9, 5, 20, 15, 26, 19, 54, 23, 77, 41
