What is the biggest prime number, no digits repeated if

a. zero can be included?
b. zero is excluded?

9876543210 is the largest number with all digit being different. 987654321- if zeroeless.
Starting with those numbers and going down we find the primes 987654103 in the 1st case and 98765431 in the 2nd case.
