I am a cow, but I'm not white or black.
I have 2 legs in front but no legs in back.
Look at my back end, you'll see it is round.
For long periods of time I can stay off the ground.

Magic green round-assed two-legged cow from space.

The problem with riddles of this nature is that they never seem to specify that it must be something in the real world. No doubt there are an infinity unreal object which fit this description...
