The above is a 3*3 grid with B representing black squares.
Reading by rows : 144,4,16; - by columns: 1,441,4,6.
All, except 6 are squares, 4 appears twice – all in all there are five squares.

Create a similar 3*4 grid with no more than 3 black squares , claiming at least six distinct squares.
More than six - welcome!

As in the sample, both repetition and non-square numbers are allowed,
but not counted.
