a. How many 5-digit numbers exist where one of its digits equals the sum of all other digits?
b. What is the sum of all those numbers?

No leading zeroes.

Thanks Charlie for the correction. Now I get your answer:

 cnt tot        2658 109249191

To tell you the truth, I didn't even notice our totals  disagreed. Since they both ended in "91" I didn't take the trouble to check other digits. It is a lesson in taking the time to carefully check. Thanks!
