I find it easier to solve the cryptogram first.

Both FALLBACK PLAN & BACKUP PLAN have the same meaning.

That makes ABCKLNP = 8732654 More io games

Then 87 + 3 = DE
        26 + M5 = 4M
        8 + D = 17

Then DE = 90 and M = 1

So 0123456789 = EMKCPNLBAD
