Answer. Uncertain about bonus ...

A Brain is the answer to the riddle. The eyes and ears presumably refer to sensory nerve fibers. The lobes are frontal, occipital and 2 parietal (one left, one right). And of course the left and right hemispheres.

A search suggests that Minotaur, a robot character in an animated Batman series is the one who posed this riddle.
