Assume that Amy is unmarried. Then, it follows that Jaxon is a married person looking at Amy, who is an unmarried person.
Assume that Amy is married. Then, it follows that Amy is a married person looking at Gavin, who is an unmarried person.
Consequently, the answer to the given question is "YES" - that is, a married person is looking at an unmarried person.
