Determine the remainder and the last four digits of the quotient when N is divided by 2023.

We have a problem Smarandache Settlement which also asks for the remainder of a similar large number.  But that only asked mod 43, which is not too bad to do by hand.  The same approach would work here, but mod 2023 is rather large to do by hand.
