The number 24 is a multiple of 6, and its reversal, 42, is also a multiple of 6.

What is the probability that the reversal of any randomly-chosen multiple of 6 is also a multiple of 6?

I don't agree with using Benford here.


I do agree that it's not reasonable to try to choose a random number from an unbounded interval.  But then your choice of interval can affect the answer.

The problem should have asked for the limit on (0,n) as n--> infinity to truly give the answer 4/9.
