In base-N, there are three distinct 3-digit primes such that when they are concatenated (in any order) the resulting 9-digit base-N number is also prime.

Find the smallest base N where a solution exists, the three 3-digit primes, the six 9-digit base-N concatenations, and their base 10 equivalents.
