Let C be a circle and d1 and d2 two parallel tangents to C. Let C1 be a circle tangent to d1 at A and to C at X. Let C2 be a circle tangent to d2 at B and to C at Y and to C1 at Z. Prove that BX is the common tangent to C and C1.
