What percentage of the circle is shaded? (The quadrangle shown in the picture is a square with one of the vertices in the circle's center.)

There is not enough information as the problem is stated, but if the vertex of the quadrilateral is also the center of the circle, and if the angle of that vertex is 90°, then ¼ or 25% is shaded.
