A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.

This doesn't work. You cannot drop a cigarette that is already standing straight up on a surface. Dropping it means that you would be physically holding the cigarette and letting go of it. Do you mean to make it fall over? Well if you cannot touch it or the foundation with any kind of gas, solid or liquid, then it would be impossible to do. You cannot light it with a lighter, that is using butaine and air. Those are two gases.
This brain teaser does not make sense.
