A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.

Simply use your finger to tip it over. As your finger gets close to the cigarrete the electrons on the outside of your finger repel the electrons on the outside of the cigarrete. Eventually the repulsion is so strong that the cigarrete tips over and your finger never touches it.

This is another way of saying that "touching" is really an illusion. We never really touch anithing, we just "feel" the electromagnetic repulsion between objects.
