 B-Palindromes (Posted on 2004-02-25)
A b-palindrome is an integer that is a palindrome in base b.

Show how to find a number that is a b-palindrome, of at least three digits, for at least 1000 different values of b.

For example, 200 is not a 10-palindrome, but it is a 9-palindrome (242) and a 7-palindrome (404).

How many digits? Confused here. | Comment 5 of 11 |

"of at least three digits" - is that at least three digits in base 10? I read it that the number must have at least three digits in any of the bases. If it is only three digits in base 10 that sheds a whole new light on the subject.

In a way it still doesnt make sense. If it's base three in base 10 only then it's palindromic in in infinite number of high bases anyways.

In other words, I dont understand the question lol

Peace, Rawlyn.
