4 people play a game of chance. They each take turns until everyone has taken a turn, then they begin a new round. They stay in the same order every round. Every time a player takes a turn, they have a certain chance of winning. When someone wins, the game ends. They all have even odds of winning a game. The chance of someone winning in any given round is 3/5.

By the way, a way to do this would be to have 3 red balls and 17 white balls in a box. When a player draws a red ball he wins and the game ends. When A, B or C draws a white ball, two more white balls are removed from the box before the next player's turn. Of course if D draws a white ball, all the balls go back in the box for A's next turn, as a new round begins.
