A circle with center at (125/4, 0) and radius 125/4 passes through these 7 integer lattice points:
(0,0)
(2,11)
(2,-11)
(40,30)
(40,-30)
(50,25)
(50,-25)
The equation of the circle is given by:
(x-125/4)^2 + y^2 = (125)/4)^2
