Can you think of a method of playing standard casino roulette that gives the player a better than 90% chance of winning each time he plays a game?

The trouble with the Martingale system for this problem is that you would have to stop as soon as you win once.  The problem states you have to complete a game of 10 spins.  So it seems to me that if you use the Martingale doubling system AND have to spin 10 times, the only way you win overall is if you win on the 10th spin.
