If hydrogen (H) is combustible and oxygen (O) is combustible, why does water (H2O) water not explode?

i just wanted to point out that if you put something that burns hot enough into water it would only fuel the fire. So, you could say that it explodes in that way. If you boiled a lot of it very rapidly then added enough heat the extra oxygen and hydrogen could cumbust.

The wieght if water vapor is 16 17 or 18 because some hydrogen breaks off and can form together.
