What is so unusual about this sentence?
"The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs."
It's called a pangram if anyone's bothered. The shorter ones are more desireable hence
'jumpS over the lazy dog'
would be 'better' in pangrammatical terms (at 35 letters).
I read once a chinese pangram that contained only 26 letters (the 'best'?). It was about 100 words long when translated!
