Find three different digits that no matter in what order they are arranged, the three digit number formed is the product of two primes.

The three digits are 1,7, and 8.
All the three digit permutations of the digits is expressible as the product of two prime numbers, since:
178 = 2*89
187 = 11*17
718 = 2*359
781 = 11*71
817 = 19*43
871 = 13*67
