It is a riddle (Posted on 2005-04-13) Difficulty: 1 of 5
It is a riddle.
It is the strongest force,
to resist your force,
and yet it is not a force.
It never accelerates,
but it is always moving.
It never rests, and
it never gets tired.
It has been defined many ways,
but no one can quite capture it.
What is it?

(In reply to No fixed solution by Jonathan Chang)

hi, i'm new here..was bored one day..ANYWAYS...

with regards to this riddle, i believe Michael is not looking for an answer that can be left to "your wild imagination"...

"Gravity" is actually Acceleration..and if acceleration accelerates...it is known as "Jerk Motion"...

so if everyone thinks the answer is "inertia" or "gravity", you might as well just say the answer is "acceleration"...but then again, as before mentioned, it is possible for acceleration to "accelerate"..

and...now i just realized this post already has the solution up....so....i guess this is just FYI....oops..
