It can be made by woodwind instuments and stringed instruments, and a beat can be clapped out. People sing, which can be musical depending on their voice and talent.

Finally, sheet music contains a staff, and is sometimes called a score (I think. I'm not good with sheet music except for guitar tabs), and the musical alphabet contains 7 letters (A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, for those interested), and music is a 5 letter word.

Please forgive my enthusiasm, but I'm still trying to aquire the mindset required for these sort of things :)
