no element appears more than once

 Submitted by Larry Rating: 2.5000 (2 votes) Solution: (Hide) Take all proper fractions where the numerator and denominator are a single digit. Exclude fractions that are not between 0 and 1. Exclude fractions that can be further reduced (e.g. eliminate 6/8 since it can be reduced to 3/4). Put the fractions in order according to increasing value. Remove the "/" so the fraction appears as a 2 digit number. 19,18,17,16,15,29,14,27,13,38,25,37,49,12,59,47,35,58,23,57,34,79,45,56,67,78,89
