=> (Browned) Bread Toast is partaken as a food in the morning (dawning light)

"Yet I become a drink inside your glass,

After dinner time at night"

A "toast is raised" or a ritual is performed honoring an individual or an object by a gathering after dinner time by partaking a glass of drink.

Consequently, the required word is "TOAST".
