Clue 1- Brad Aniston is neither going around with Ms Burton nor Catherine
Clue 2- Angelina Dean is neither going around with Mr Baker nor Chris
Clue 3- There are "two boys" whose name and their fiancée's surname start with the same letter. One is Chris, but the other is neither Arnold nor Mr. Baker.
Clue 4- There are two girls (who are not paired with either of the "two boys" referred in clue (3)) whose name and their fiancé's surname start with the same letter. One of them is Angelina but the other is neither Catherine nor Ms Everts.

Who is Elizabeth's Partner?

"Clue 1- Brad Aniston is neither going around with Ms Burton nor Catherine"   
Therefore, Brad is Mr. Aniston   

"Clue 2- Angelina Dean is neither going around with Mr Baker nor Chris"   
Therfore, Angelina is Ms. Dean

Therefore, Chris's fiancée's surname is Carrey

…and thus, Dennis is Ms. Austin's fiancée…   

If Chris is Mr. Edwards, then, by deduction….

Arnold Campbell  is with Elizabeth Burton
Brad Aniston is with Angelina Dean
Chris Edwards is with Diana Carrey
Dennis Baker is with Betty Austin
Elvis Davis is with Catherine Everts
   
Yet, we can infer that Catherine is not Ms. Everts (Clue 4), thus Chris must be Mr. Davis, and, again by deduction…

Arnold Edwards is with Elizabeth Burton
Brad Aniston is with Angelina Dean
Chris Davis is with Betty Carrey
Dennis Baker is with Catherine Austin
Elvis Campbell is with Diana Everts

Thus, Elizabeth's Partner is Arnold Edwards.
