1 and 4.
The sequence is the character length of each separate string of alphabetic characters, numeric characters, punctuation characters, and special characters in the given URL:

4 http
1 :
2 //
9 perplexus
1 .
4 info
1 /
4 show
1 .
3 php
1 ?
3 pid
....then, the last two numbers of the sequence:

4 4534
